We hereby wish to confirm our full satisfaction with regards to the buildings: delivered to us by Tutungeni Precast. The company built for us (2 x 4 classroom blocks) at Oshinamumwe Combined School in 2011 and another 3 class rooms at Qmetsegumine Combined School this year. This project also included a 84m long wall around ·a ·school garden and a 5toreroom for the equipment. Both schools are at Omuthiya Circuit. Oshinamumwe Combined School is approximately 20 km away from the tarred road into the deep bus·h. To build class rooms there was a real challenge for both, ourselves and Tutungeni Precast. Both projects were completed in a rather short time, actually Tutungeni Precast was ahead of schedule. The price for the buildings delivered was very competitive compared to the normal construction. We can confirm that the quality of the work done was brilliant, this was also confirmed by the the authorities of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication. I also want to mention the very good and regular reporting about the progress of work.
